The integration identifies mismatches, such as unassigned devices, compliance issues, or missing Kandji management. These are flagged in Teqtivity’s discrepancy reports for IT to review and resolve.
Devices Not Created:If Kandji fails to link a device to an employee email, Teqtivity flags it. It’s unclear whether the device is assigned or in storage, requiring IT review.
User Discrepancy: When Kandji assigns a device to one user but Teqtivity shows another user logged in, IT must investigate. Teqtivity can automate reassignment if configured.
Checking In – On Hand: If Teqtivity shows a device in storage but Kandji reports a recent login, IT needs to verify whether the device was moved or if the status wasn’t updated. Automation can assign it to the correct user.
Not Checking In – Managed and Deployed: Devices assigned but unused for over 10 days need IT investigation to determine if the device was returned or if the employee is using a personal device.
Not Checking In – Not Managed and Deployed: When assets are in Teqtivity but not in Kandji, IT must ensure proper syncing for compliance and accurate tracking.
